Santa is coming to town and bringing his reindeer for their annual holiday visit to Gresham Station Shopping Center! We\u2019ll be hosting complimentary photos with Santa on December 4, 11, 16, and 17 by reservation only. The free Reindeer Meet & Greet event will be on December 16 and 17 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm in the fenced area at 1064 Norman Ave., giving you an opportunity to take photos, ask questions, and have some fun! No registration is necessary to see the reindeer. Visitors are welcome to complimentary hot cider or hot cocoa, selfie stations, crafts, letters to Santa, and so much more!<\/p>\n

Photos with Santa are by registration only<\/strong>. Please register for your preferred day and time slot by clicking on the Event Registration button below or click here<\/a> to be redirected to the ticket page. Only one reservation is required per group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Three days after your event, a high-resolution, digital download<\/strong> of your image will be available to download from the photographer’s website free of charge<\/strong>. By accessing your photos via the photographer\u2019s website, your images will be delivered to you at the highest quality. Additionally, you have the option to order and pay for photo prints directly, if desired\u2014but as always, the digital download is free.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

In the spirit of giving, we ask that you bring a canned food item to donate to SnowCap Community Charities\u2019 \u201cFill A Bag\u201d campaign. Fill-A-Bag is the largest annual food drive to benefit SnowCap Community Charities. Kicking off on in early November and spearheaded by Riverview Community Bank and Gresham Ford, individuals and local businesses in our community join forces to undertake this outstanding effort for the needy in East Multnomah County. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>

Due to this year’s cold and flu season, we have incorporated safety protocols into the operation of the event \u2013 but our goal is still to provide your family with a wonderful experience!<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0Are there any limitations to our in-person experience?<\/strong>
\nA: Children cannot by held by Santa. Parents should be prepared to hold babies and young children (in general, this would include 2 years and younger) who can’t sit by themselves, while photo is being taken. Santa and photographers will not be able to assist with holding and positioning your child. If your child needs something in their hands, please bring it with you and have it be something you won’t mind having in a photo. Parents, we ask that you please have this discussion with your children prior to arrival so that everyone knows exactly what to expect.<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0Is my family required to wear a mask?<\/strong>
\nA: No, masks are not required at this time.<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0How will the photos look?<\/strong>
\nA: We will be using a set similar to last year, feel free to look at the photos from previous years on our Facebook page.<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0When will my photos be ready?<\/strong>
\nA: Photos will be ready 2-3 days from the date of your event. A digital download<\/strong> of your photo will be available to download from the photographer’s website free of charge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0Where is Santa located at Gresham Station Shopping Center?<\/strong>
\nA: Santa will be located at 1064 Norman Ave, Gresham, OR 97030.<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0Why are visits with Santa by appointment only?<\/strong>
\nA: Appointments are truly the best way to offer a stress-free experience for all visitors. In addition, appointments also decrease the amount of time your family will spend waiting in line.<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0What do I do when I arrive for my appointment?<\/strong>
\nA: Check in at the front door, proceed to the photo area and wait in line. The host will ensure your family gets through the line and gets a photo with Santa and then you can explore our other activities and offerings.<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0Can I just show up and wait in line to see Santa?<\/strong>
\nA: No. Reservations must be made in advance through the online booking system. We expect this to be a popular event and reservation booking will be based on availability.<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0What if my child gets sick?<\/strong>
\nA: PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD OR ANY FAMILY MEMBER THAT IS SHOWING SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS OF ANY KIND. If your child or any member of your party is sick or has been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment. If all appointments are sold out, there may not be an opportunity to reschedule sick children.<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0Can pets visit Santa?<\/strong>
\nA: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to visit with Santa this year.<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0Are there restrooms at the photo area?<\/strong>
\nA: Restrooms will not be available to the public during visits with Santa.<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0Can we use our personal camera or video recorder when we visit Santa?<\/strong>
\nA: You are welcome to take pictures with your cell phone and personal photo\/video devices.<\/p>\n

Q:\u00a0How do I reschedule\/cancel my appointment?<\/strong>
\nA: You can reschedule\/cancel your appointment via our online booking on Eventbrite. Please reach out to our team at marketing@schnitzerproperties.com<\/a>\u00a0for assistance\/special accommodations.<\/p>\n
